Dual Membrane System MH1

This leading mobile filtration platform is designed for use with a variety of membranes for both micro or ultrafiltration.  The Membranology MH1 filtration rig is versatile and configurable for a wide range of applications tailored to your requirements.

MH1 – Microfiltration rig

The rig shown in Fig 2, contains 2 off microfiltration membranes of two micrometres with a total membrane area of 3.6 metres squared this will typically provide a clean water flux of seven tonnes per hour and the expected process flux of 0 .5 to one tonne per hour.

Installed instrumentation measures:

    • Pressure
    • Temperature
    • Flow
    • pH
    • Conductivity

The unit in Fig 2 below also features data logging of all measured variables and a level control system in the tank to facilitate diafiltration operations. A concentric tube heat exchanger is included for thermal control

MH1 – Ultrafiltration Rig

The rig shown in fig 4 below, contains two ultrafiltration membranes (100,000 MWCO) with a total membrane area of 1.8 metres squared this will typically provide a clean water flux of 1.1 tonnes per hour unexpected process flux of 75 to 150 litres per hour

Again, installed instrumentation measures pressure, temperature, flow, pH, and conductivity.  This unit also features dating data logging of all measured variables and a level control system in the tank to facilitate diafiltration operations. A concentric tube heat exchanger is included for thermal control.
