Membranology are highly experienced in the bio process engineering sector. Work with algae has led to many successful projects and development of equipment for processing of volumes up to 2000 litres. High value materials have been obtained from the work with algae using bespoke reactors developed to specifically target a certain material. These materials are then harvested through a series of specific filtration/concentration steps developed to maximise yield up to R&D grade.

Membranology has been a key contributor to many successful projects where value has been gained from waste products. Waste materials are processed and filtered to obtain value from these otherwise waste products, thus reducing the impact on the environment and adding value to our customers
